The bike feels weak whenever I’m going uphill. It’s slower than I expected, makes more noise than I’d like, and the battery drains way too fast. Not the best experience so far.

I’ve been using this airtrack for some home training, and overall it’s been fine. It feels sturdy when you first set it up, holds air well, and the top has enough grip that I don’t feel like I’m sliding around.

That said, the seams aren’t the cleanest, and after just a few uses I already noticed a couple small marks on it. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I expected the quality to feel a little better

I reached out to airtracks.de because I had a question about my order and the delivery timing. The first reply took longer than I expected, and after waiting a few days I ended up having to chase them with another message, which made the whole thing feel a bit off.
Once they did get back to me, the person was polite and helped sort things out, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. It just didn’t feel very smooth, and I think their customer service could definitely be quicker with replies.

It just didn’t feel worth the money to me. For the price, I expected a bit more, I guess.

The bike looked good once it was out of the box, but wow, assembling it was frustrating. The instructions were confusing, a lot of the parts weren’t labeled clearly, and I ended up having to take things apart and redo them more than once. I’m still waiting for a proper solution, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t buy from them again.

My order from airtracks.de arrived in a box that looked like it had been through a lot. One side was crushed, the tape was loose, and there was even a hole in the corner, so at first I was a bit concerned.

The item was thankfully still inside and seemed okay, which I do appreciate, but the packaging didn’t make the best first impression. For the price, I expected it to arrive in better shape.
